Club/SIG Google Suite
Each HLSA Club/SIG receives a complimentary Google Suite of tools that is linked to the info@[Club/SIG name].hlsa.org email address provided by the HLS Alumni Relations staff.
This Google Suite includes:

An email account info@[Club/SIG name].hlsa.org that is aligned to your AlumniMagnet website. When your AlumniMagnet newsletters receive responses, those communications will be forwarded to your info@[Club/SIG name].hlsa.org account. This email account is not to be used for mass email communications to a Club/SIG audience, only communications sent through AlumniMagnet are for the Club/SIG audience. Third-party email communication tools do not meet the security, management, and email privacy standards set forth by HLS (Club/SIG Operating Guidelines Section II.7 Communication).

Google Drive is where you can store and share Club/SIG documents, photos, survey responses, etc., with your Club/SIG alumni volunteers.
