HLS Code of Conduct

Harvard Law School and Harvard University programs and volunteer opportunities respect the rights, differences, and dignity of others.  Those taking part, are expected to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and civility in those activities, and are accountable for their conduct there with HLS alumni, students, faculty, staff, and guests. Harvard Law School reserves the right to suspend alumni benefits and services to and to exclude from HLS community events or campus any person whose behavior adversely affects the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of any HLS alumni, students, faculty, staff, and guests.

 


HLSA Volunteer Expectations

HLSA volunteers are expected to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and civility and to respect the rights, differences, and dignity of others. Volunteers are accountable for their conduct with Harvard Law School alumni, students, parents, volunteers, employees, and invitees. The HLS Alumni Center reserves the right to suspend services to and to exclude from participation in HLSA programs any person whose inappropriate behavior violates the aforesaid standards or adversely affects the safety, well-being, and inclusion of community members.
