Club/SIG Engagement Survey

Asking your Club/SIG audience what programming and engagement opportunities they wish to see is a great way to connect with HLS alumni. It also gives Club/SIG volunteers data to inform their outreach strategy. Surveying your Club/SIG audience every few years is an excellent tool for communicating a Club's/SIG's desire to stay relevant in alumni lives and ask for feedback.

Directions for Issuing an Engagement Survey

  1. Craft the engagement survey in Google Forms through your Club/SIG info@ email address. By using Google Forms, the data will be saved directly to your Club/SIG Google Suite through your info@ email address.
  2. Once the survey is complete, select Publish and save the survey's web link. This web link will be used for.
  3. In your Club/SIG AlumniMagnet platform, write the email message to accompany your survey in the Newsletter function. In the body of the email message, include the link to your engagement survey in step 2.
  4. Send the email with the survey link to your Club/SIG audience! It is recommended to set a deadline for collecting survey submissions and schedule at least one email reminder to ask alumni to complete.
