I hope this note finds you well. I am reaching out today to introduce myself as your new staff contact at the Harvard Law School Alumni Relations Office regarding AlumniMagnet and your volunteer role as a Web Administrator on the platform. 

In my role as the Assistant Director of Digital Engagement, I will be your primary contact for AlumniMagnet management of the Harvard Law School Association's (HLSA) Clubs and Shared Interest Groups (SIG). The AlumniMagnet platform provides each HLSA Club and SIG with a customizable website, broadcast email tool, and event registration system. Before joining Harvard, I worked as a Program Manager for custom and digital programs in the Executive Education office at Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management. I am thrilled to join the Harvard Law School team and strengthen alumni connections with volunteers like yourself. 

If your HLSA Club or SIG requested assistance with AlumniMagnet or access to your HLSA Gmail account (info@[Club/SIG name].hlsa.org) through this past year's Certification survey, I will follow up directly in the coming weeks. In addition to my efforts, the AlumniMagnet Resources website offers video tutorials and troubleshooting guides on the platform's functionality.
