Welcome to the first issue of the HLSA Website Administrators Newsletter!

This quarterly newsletter will provide updates, tips and tricks, and important changes to the HLSA’s website and communications platform, AlumniMagnet.

AlumniMagnet Updates & Enhancements

Alumni Relations staff and the AlumniMagnet team made several updates to the platform over the past several months, including:

  • Board Resources on every Club & SIG website
  • Two methods for posting event articles:
    • Submit an Event form
    • New event article templates
  • Updated Resources and Training page
  • Improvements to Support Tracker

Thank you to all those who attended the demonstration sessions about these updates. Both a recording of this session and a PDF summary of these changes are available online.

Training and Tutorials

Alumni Relations staff updated the library of on-demand tutorials available to the HLSA. All tutorials are twenty minutes or less, making them easy to view at your convenience.

Additionally, there is increased availability for Beginner Training. Click here to schedule a training for yourself or a fellow Club or SIG volunteer to get familiar with the platform.

Support Tracker

The fastest way to receive assistance from staff on your Club or SIG website is to use the Support Tracker. AlumniMagnet recently updated the Support Tracker with a new user-friendly interface that can upload documents, images, and screenshots directly to your help ticket.

Due to an increased volume of email messages generated by the University and/or HLS, the HLSA Clubs and SIGs Newsletter tool will be unavailable during the dates below. Please plan and schedule your communications accordingly.

Harvard Law School is closed during the below dates for holidays and University breaks. Please be advised that staff may have delayed responses during this time.
