AlumniMagnet Engagement Reports
There are various reports that HLSA volunteers with Web Administrator access can utilize in their AlumniMagnet platform to measure impact and outreach.
Email Metrics
After sending a newsletter in the Manage Newsletters function, a Web Administrator will be able to view the statistics of that email.
To navigate to the email metrics of a newsletter:

Go to Manage Newsletters and select the Sent tab to view past newsletters.

You will see the subject of the newsletter, the recipient group, and when the newsletter was sent. Underneath the subject line of the newsletter in question, you will find a summary of the newsletter's engagement metrics - including the number of individuals it was sent to, the open and clickthrough rates.

Next to the subject line, there will be a blue button labeled, In Depth. When selecting this button, you will see the weblinks and the number of clicks, and a summary of the users who clicked and opened the newsletter.
